A referral will be made via the family doctor, or if in hospital via the consultant.

Once again the people of South Tipperary have responded magnificently to the call for donations to the South Tipperary Hospice Movement. Donations were given through various fundraising events organised by the Support Groups and through other events organised by families, individuals and organisations. The result has been that these Support Groups have been able to hand over significant funds to the Movement to enable the wonderful service, provided to patients and their families, by the Home Care nursing team to continue.

Sincere thanks is due to all who have contributed so generously during the past year, particularly in these times of economic hardship.
